The Community Advocacy Programme (CAP) seeks to grow Thinkers with Heart and aims to:
Build greater awareness on the importance of understanding real community issues and its impacts
Internalise core values of community through experiential learning and deep introspection
Advocate for a particular social cause
Provide a platform to embark on community outreach to meet the needs of the local community
As part of CAP, you will have the opportunity to:
Identify a social cause you believe in
Do thorough research on an identified social cause
Advocate for the cause with a group of interested students
Create awareness through community outreach (within and outside of school)
Execute community outreach
Inspire like-minded students to continue advocacy efforts for the identified social cause
