Ethan Teoh – Class of 2025

I am Ethan Teoh from 24-I5, and I led the EJC Floorball team as Captain. EJC will always hold a special place in my heart as it was a place that allowed me to strive towards excellence, to overcome adversities and also a place to enjoy myself. Juggling studies and Floorball was definitely one of the hardest challenges I faced, however, this defined my EJ journey and made it so memorable.

During my time in EJ, there were many challenges I had to face, but there were always the people in the background who truly inspired me and helped me to push through. My classmates, teachers, teammates and even coaches were always there to provide the necessary support in any way that they could. For example, when I went overseas for competitions, my classmates and teachers would help me to keep up with the lessons I had missed, so that I wouldn't be left behind. 

The 2025 A Division games would be the most memorable experience for me as I led my team, alongside my vice-captain, to strive for the best. Although we did not get the results that we initially aimed to achieve, getting to the finals with the team that I had was a far more memorable experience, one that I would truly never forget.
